The gift card is delivered straight to the provided email along with simple instructions on how to use it. It’s valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Please note that we don’t send any physical gift card, everything is delivered by email.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times to all regions.

• Nordics: 1-4 business days
• Europe: 2-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

Once your package has left the warehouse, you can track it by logging in with your order number and email address.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
